Course Description: This course covers the engineering and technical principles and foundations for designing and establishing animal and poultry production farms according to modern standards of efficiency and sustainability. It also focuses on farm planning, housing and barn design, ventilation, cooling, and heating systems, and waste management to achieve a safe and efficient production environment. The course explores digital transformation applications and smart technologies in farm management and operation, considering biosecurity, environmental, and economic sustainability requirements.
