Course Description: This course offers an in-depth study of modern dairy and beef production systems, focusing on improving the productivity, health, and reproductive efficiency of dairy and beef cattle. The course covers advanced concepts in nutrition, physiology, genetics, and herd management, as well as disease prevention and control strategies. Students will explore modern management practices for high-producing cows, reproductive technologies, and improving milk yield and quality.
