Course Description: The "Instrumentation and Analytical Methods" course aims to introduce students to the fundamental and applied principles of the most important instruments and techniques used in chemical and food analysis. The course includes studying the operating principles of analytical instruments such as food analysis instruments, spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical analysis, in addition to sample preparation methods, quality control, and result validation. The course also focuses on the practical applications of these techniques in analyzing the components of feed, animal products, blood, and animal tissues, while training students to interpret results and link them to their specialized field.
