Introduction to Research Methodologies Used in Islamic and Human Sciences
Familiarity with the research methodologies used in various Islamic sciences.
Study of modern research methodologies in the humanities and natural sciences.
Recognizing the approaches, foundations, and principles of Orientalism in the study of Islam

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
1- To know the research methodologies in Islamic sciences and contemporary Western thought.
2. To explain the approaches of Orientalists in studying Islamic creed
Skills:
To analyze the methodologies used by scholars in religious and human sciences.
2. To distinguish between the research methodologies of different theological and philosophical schools.
To critique the characteristics and features of curricula in modern and contemporary Western thought.
