Course Description: This course covers the development of analytical, evaluative, and interpretive skills related to the fundamental concepts of management accounting, financial information, and problem-solving methods in the field of management accounting. Management accounting plays a key role in supporting financial decision-makers within an organization, strategic costing methods, planning, control, the balanced scorecard, and the evaluation of different business units. This course also addresses enhancing oral communication skills in management accounting and equipping students with the ability to effectively use technology in related applications.
