Course Description: This course covers advanced topics in management accounting, such as strategic analysis of company and customer profitability, balanced scorecard analysis, as well as topics related to problems faced by some organizations, such as quality issues, time management, theory of constraints, control systems, transfer pricing, and considerations for evaluating the performance of multinational corporations.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of this course, it is expected that the student will be able to do the following:

• Uses accounting information in the decision-making process for pricing products and services.
• Uses accounting information in strategic planning to analyze the profitability of the company and its customers.
Describes different inventory management methods.
• Differentiates between various accounting methods in measuring and evaluating performance.
