1- To clarify the jurisprudential rulings on contemporary issues.
2. Clarify jurisprudential terms, the distinctions between them, and their impact on rulings.
3. To describe the scientific methodology for studying and analyzing jurisprudential texts.
4. To review the legal rulings to reach what is settled in practice for fatwas and judiciary in the Kingdom.
