Clinical Orthodontics

Course Description: To provide students with deep knowledge and understanding of occlusion in normal and pathological conditions. To assist the postgraduate student in managing their specific pathological cases.

Objectives of the course :

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Understanding the classification of dental questions and drawing a lateral cephalometric radiograph
2. Identifying the anterior and posterior differences between the maxillas
3. Description of Interceptive Orthodontic Treatment Methods for Teeth and Jaws
4. Explanation of jaw length and occlusal discrepancies between teeth, and problems with interdental spacing in the jaw.
5. Diagnosing simple skeletal and dental discrepancies
6. Treats dental diseases and their development in children.
