Course Description: This course aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the distinguished and continuously evolving field of endodontics, which is evidence-based and rapidly advancing. The study approach is topic-based and covers comprehensive advancements in endodontics and related fields.

Objectives of the course :

This course will allow students to integrate current concepts and recent advancements in endodontics into clinical practice and scientific research.

Course outputs :

The student will be able to describe facts, theories, and principles related to diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues, and the microbiological and therapeutic aspects related to the treatment of diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues and facial and oral pain.
The student will be able to describe the facts, theories, and principles related to the diagnosis of diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, their differential diagnosis, and management, using non-surgical and surgical treatment methods.
The student will be able to interpret and integrate clinical findings, diagnostic tests, and reports to arrive at a differential diagnosis and formulate treatment plans for the management of pulpal and periradicular diseases using non-surgical and surgical treatment modalities.
