Making decisions

Course Description: The course covers the definition of a decision, decision-making processes, and its importance, intellectual development, types, steps, stages, effective and ineffective decisions, and the internal and external forces and factors influencing it. .

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to introduce students to the importance of educational decision-making as the basis for the administrative process, its stages, methods, and steps, and the factors influencing decision-making, with a focus on how to use the managerial grid in the decision-making process. It also aims to introduce the importance of participation in decision-making, its types, requirements, and obstacles, and to identify research and studies that have addressed decision-making, using case studies on how to make decisions and analyzing some previously made decisions. .
