The course aims to introduce students to the importance of educational decision-making as the basis for the administrative process, its stages, methods, and steps, and the factors influencing decision-making, with a focus on how to use the managerial grid in the decision-making process. It also aims to introduce the importance of participation in decision-making, its types, requirements, and obstacles, and to identify research and studies that have addressed decision-making, using case studies on how to make decisions and analyzing some previously made decisions. .
