Course Topics :
In felonies: Proof of theft by modern means and the provisions of contemporary hudud and felonies that have emerged in Muslim society, the use of anesthesia or narcotics when enforcing the hudud of theft or amputation for brigandage, murder by treachery, the consumption of modern intoxicants such as cocaine, heroin, and nutmeg, the ruling on paying blood money by its value, increasing ta'zir beyond the prescribed limit, ta'zir by financial penalty, the testimony of a non-Muslim.
In transactions: Infringement of innovation rights. Murabaha sale to the purchaser. The joint-stock company and its jurisprudential adaptation. Monopoly and pricing. The ruling on dealing in stocks and bonds. The reason for usury in the two currencies. Financial benefits. Credit cards. The banking money creation process.
