Course Description: Concept of scientific curriculum development and its levels, foundations and tools for evaluating curricula and educational programs, approaches to curriculum development and scientific study, some models of curriculum and educational program development, learning culture, quality, and competencies in curriculum evaluation, obstacles to curriculum development and evaluation, some international experiences in evaluating curricula and educational programs.
