Upon completing this course, the student will be able to analyze educational problems that teachers face in schools and classrooms, identify the dimensions of these problems and their impact on the educational climate, and understand the most important tools and methods for addressing these problems, as well as the role of teachers in identifying and tackling them and designing the necessary tools for that purpose.

1.1 Summarizes some of the educational problems facing the educational field.
1.2 Explains the dimensions of those problems individually in detail.
1.3 It shows the sources of information that are consulted when studying such problems.
1.4 outlines the key steps for a field study of educational problems.
1.5 shows the most important tools used when studying some educational problems in the field.
1.6 Explains how to design a questionnaire to identify educational problems from the perspective of (teachers - and educational supervisors).
