Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: understand the concepts related to educational supervision and leadership, and their foundations; comprehend the role of educational leadership in developing and improving the behavior of employees in educational institutions, which positively reflects on students; and identify the most important applications of leadership theories in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.4 Knowing methods for studying and analyzing supervisory educational problems.
