Course Description: This course addresses the trends and concepts related to educational supervision and leadership, their foundations, the role of educational leadership in developing and improving the behavior of employees in educational institutions to positively impact students, and the most important applications of leadership theories in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: understand the concepts related to educational supervision and leadership, and their foundations; comprehend the role of educational leadership in developing and improving the behavior of employees in educational institutions, which positively reflects on students; and identify the most important applications of leadership theories in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
