Course Description: This course is designed to provide students with information about biostatistics and its applications in basic and advanced research. The course will focus on different study designs, sample size, clinical significance, confidence level, mortality measures, and comparison of means and proportions. It will also highlight the importance of correlation, linear regression, logistic regression, and causality. The course will also discuss the need for critical evaluation of research articles and its importance in research review.

Provide students with the basic concepts of biostatistics.
