Course Description: This course covers the drug discovery process, encompassing all steps from initial research to identify a new drug candidate and laboratory testing, through to human testing. Additionally, the course introduces the various stages involved in new drug development, including the approval process.

• Understanding the drug discovery process, which includes all steps from initial research to identify a new candidate drug and testing it in the laboratory to the stage of testing it in humans.
