Objectives of the course :

التعرّف على المبادئ الأساسية لعلم الصيدلة الجينية وعلاقتها بالاختلافات الوراثية بين الأفراد.
فهم دور الوراثة وتوارث الصفات المعقدة في تفسير الاختلافات الفردية في الاستجابة للأدوية.
تطبيق مفاهيم علم الصيدلة الجينية على العلاج الدوائي من خلال فهم أمثلة محددة تساعد في اختيار الدواء والجرعة المناسبة لكل مريض.

Course outputs :

شرح مبادئ وتطبيقات علم الوراثة البشرية وعلم الجينوم في تحسين العلاج الدوائي، ورعاية المرضى، وتقديم الاستشارات.

توقع كيفية انفصال الأليلات، وحلل أنواعًا مختلفة من العوامل البيئية والوراثية التي تؤثر على تطور النمط الظاهري للأليل.
