Course Description: The field training course focuses on providing students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge, concepts, and skills they have acquired in the field of sports and recreational management within real work environments in sports and community organizations. The course addresses the practice of administrative and professional tasks related to human resource, financial, material, and information management, the organization of sports and recreational activities and events, dealing with administrative communication issues, risk and crisis management, and critically analyzing work practices within the sports organization.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
Prepare students to practice professional roles in sports and recreational management within real work environments.
2- Developing the student's ability to apply administrative and organizational knowledge in actual field situations.
