Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Describe the pathophysiological processes of hematological/oncological disorders.
2. Explain the pharmacology of drugs used to treat blood disorders/cancers.
Describe the relationships between the structural activity of drugs used to treat blood disorders/tumors.
4. Describe drug dosage formulations used in the treatment of blood/oncological disorders.
5. Provide the necessary therapeutic knowledge for managing patients with hematology/oncology disorders.
6. Describe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
7. Discuss logical, reasonable, and practical solutions to problems related to medications.
8. Describe the desired outcomes of drug therapy.
9. Present a plan to monitor drug efficacy, side effects, adherence, and drug interactions for patients treated with medications.
