Course Description: Pharmaceutical informatics is concerned with the use of technology to improve patient care and enhance safety. It addresses data generated by software used in healthcare, not only in terms of storage but also in terms of retrieval into meaningful clinical reports, and managing information systems to ensure patient safety and achieve optimal medical outcomes.
