Course Description: An introduction to the etiquette of Islamic dialogue and scholarly disagreement, and the development of students' dialogue skills with others.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

A statement of the Sharia methodology for dialogue with others, an explanation of the etiquette of disagreement, and training students in successful Sharia dialogue.

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
1. Define dialogue, debate, and discussion linguistically and conventionally.
2- Explain the difference between dialogue, argument, and debate.
Skills:
1- Differentiating between definitive and presumptive evidence, and between transmitting an opinion and adopting an opinion.
Extracting manners and methods of dialogue from the texts of Sharia.
3- Extracting axis attributes from the legitimacy texts.
Values, autonomy and responsibility:
Contribute to group discussions and lead the team.
2. Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and electronically.
