Analyze longitudinal data

Course Description: Exploring Longitudinal Data - Analysis of Variance for Repeated Measures. Study of different measurement designs: crossover and parallel group designs. Generalized linear mixed models. Generalized linear models for longitudinal data. Restricted maximum likelihood estimation and residual maximum likelihood estimation. Multilevel models using GLM, MIXED, and GENMOD in SAS.
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisites: 332 STAT
Objectives of the course :

This course aims to increase students' knowledge of some statistical models, especially those used in longitudinal data analysis, as well as to introduce appropriate methods for finding estimates. In addition, it includes training on the use of suitable, ready-made statistical packages.

Acquiring knowledge in the field of longitudinal data analysis methods. Improving efficiency and practical experience in using appropriate statistical models for longitudinal data analysis. Enhancing the ability to pursue advanced studies in this field when needed.
