Course Description: Definition of the population, sampling methods, and the appropriate sampling technique to obtain good estimates for population parameters. Examples of these parameters include the population mean, population proportion, and total population size. Confidence interval estimation for these parameters, calculation of the precision for each method, and comparison of the precision of different sampling methods.

This course aims to study sampling methods, sample size, key influencing parameters, and related properties.

Gaining knowledge by learning to deal with statistical populations and methods for selecting appropriate samples that represent the studied populations. Improving the ability to study and analyze the characteristics of statistical populations. Acquiring cognitive skills through thinking and solving some life problems.
