Analytical Interpretation (2)

Course Description: An analytical interpretation of selected verses from the following surahs: (Al-A'raf – Al-Anfal – At-Tawbah – Ar-Ra'd – Al-Hijr – An-Nahl – Al-Isra). This interpretation will encompass the reasons for revelation, meanings, readings, rulings, and language, following the specified methodology. It will also include a study of the introductions to these surahs and the connections between them.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

To explain the Quran's approach to preserving human rights.
The student learns some stories of the prophets and draws lessons from them.
- For the student to understand the characteristics of hypocrites, and to be warned against hypocrisy and its effects on the nation.
The student acquires the skill of analytical interpretation of Quranic verses.
– The student applies the rules of weighting evidence and reconciling opinions.
The student should embody the ethics of scholars in reflection and inference. .

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
To analytically interpret the assigned verses.
2. The student should explain the Quran's methodology in establishing rulings and addressing issues.
3. The student will become familiar with the objectives of the prescribed surahs and the most important legislations they contain.
