Course Description: Study of the basic concepts of the environment, study of types of ecosystems and energy flow in the ecosystem, study of food chains - food webs - ecological pyramids, study of the impact of biotic and abiotic environmental factors on the distribution and spread of different living organisms, study of periodicity and diversity of biological communities, study of biogeochemical cycles (gaseous cycles - sedimentary cycles), study of environmental imbalance and environmental change and its importance, study of some environmental problems and proposed solutions. This is an ecology course studying the biotic and abiotic factors and their impact on the activity and distribution of living organisms in their natural habitats, and studying the relationships between different living organisms and their impact on the biological community, environmental resistance, and natural balance.
