Goal of the SLA
Specify a time limit for all services provided by Qassim University and clarify it to the beneficiaries, in addition to specifying a method of escalation in case the service is not completed within the specified time.
Scope of service
Service requests are processed after all the information and requirements necessary to execute the services within the time agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Note that this time does not include the completion of deficiencies if the customer does not provide all the required information, nor does it include the time taken to process the requests by a third party, such as other government agencies, if the nature of the requests requires it.
Terms and conditions
Term of the Agreement: The SLA is valid from the date it is published on the Website.
Execution times: On-the-spot services are performed seven days a week at any time, while services performed during business days are performed during official business hours from Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
