An Overview

The University Leadership Transformation Office was established by a decision of His Excellency the President of Qassim University on 13 Ramadan 1446 A.H., by transforming the "Classification and Institutional Excellence Unit" into an office that leads the university's efforts in the field of leadership and global rankings. The office aims to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives according to the best international practices and standards, in order to enhance the university's position in global rankings and achieve a leading competitive position at the local and international levels.

The University Leadership Transformation Office will be the institutional coordinating arm for achieving excellence and global leadership at Qassim University.

Mission

Lead and coordinate institutional efforts to enhance Qassim University's competitiveness in global rankings by developing plans and initiatives, ensuring data quality, activating partnerships, and enhancing the university's academic and research reputation.

Objectives

  1. Strengthening the university's position in global rankings (QS, THE, Shanghai, GreenMetric and others).
  2. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data submitted to international organizations in accordance with international standards.
  3. Launching and implementing development initiatives that contribute to improving academic and research performance indicators.
