The Clinical Simulation Center at Qassim University Medical City achieved a qualitative achievement by obtaining full accreditation from the International Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), one of the highest international accreditations specialized in this field, after the center met international standards in quality, training, and efficiency of outputs.
This achievement is an extension of the university's efforts to achieve one of its strategic objectives, and the culmination of its development plans within the medical city, and reflects its commitment to provide educational and training services in the health field according to the best international standards, which contributes to preparing qualified graduates who are able to keep pace with the needs of the labor market and participate in improving the health care system at the level of the region and the Kingdom.
The accreditation of the center is an important step towards enhancing the quality of clinical education and training, as it will directly contribute to raising the readiness of health cadres and qualifying students and trainees from various medical and health specialties through an advanced educational environment that focuses on developing clinical skills, decision-making, and teamwork in a safe environment that simulates the practical reality.
It is noteworthy that the Clinical Simulation Center at the University Medical City has also received two accreditations from the American Heart Association (AHA), which enhances the reliability of its CPR training programs and confirms its ability to provide internationally accredited programs to qualify and raise the efficiency of health practitioners.
