Qassim University provides university transportation service for female students, through buses that depart from specific gathering points in a number of residential neighborhoods in the cities and governorates of the region, to transport them to the university headquarters and its branches.

- This service is only for university students enrolled in its academic system.
- Gathering points have been identified to ensure maximum utilization of seating, ease of movement, and minimize wandering time.
- If there are too few students in a particular center or neighborhood, it is merged with the nearest suitable point.
- Registration for the service is open during specific periods announced by the General Directorate of Transportation via this page and the university's official account in the X platform.
- Beneficiaries can view a comprehensive map of all assembly points, which is updated periodically.

For your comfort and safety, we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:
1. Commitment to stopping times at the assembly and departure points, as the buses run according to a specific schedule.
2. No phone contact with the driver or supervisors is allowed, all departure and arrival locations are pre-determined with fixed times.
3. The bus moves when the seats are full, so please arrive on time to ensure your seat.
4. Transportation is completely free, and no payment is allowed to anyone.
5. In case of any issue that requires direct communication, this is done through the college officials or bus supervisors at the Transportation Department.
6. The bus is part of the college's facilities and is therefore subject to all university instructions and regulations.
7. The bus is monitored by cameras for everyone's safety.
8. Filming inside the bus is prohibited and is considered a violation of the statutory instructions.
9. Maintain cleanliness and quietness inside the bus, and be careful not to raise the sound to ensure the comfort of all students.
10. It is forbidden to create groups or groups for transportation in the name of the university on social media, and the official approved channels of communication are sufficient.
11. A barcode has been provided inside the bus through which suggestions, inquiries, or complaints can be easily submitted.
