Overview
The General Administration of Libraries and Knowledge Resources supervises the university's libraries, especially the central library called the Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Library: Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Library, in addition to (18) branch libraries spread in a number of colleges, especially the female students' departments. The Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Library is distinguished by its headquarters.The Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Library is characterized by its model headquarters, which was designed in a wonderful engineering manner and includes two floors; the first floor was designed with five graduated levels that ensure smooth transition between parts of the library and give an open and comfortable aesthetic vision, and this floor with its multiple levels contains shelves of books and references, group and individual research study rooms, as well as reading and reading tables. The second floor was designed on one level overlooking the first floor, and includes a manuscripts hall, a university thesis department, a scientific periodicals hall, a multi-purpose hall, tables equipped with computers for electronic research, in addition to sessions distributed in different locations.
