The Strategic Planning Department was established to contribute to enabling the university to achieve its vision and strategic objectives by directly supervising the development, implementation, follow-up and evaluation of strategic plans to ensure that the plan achieves high levels of performance and productivity in all fields, build and maintain the competitive advantages of the university, consolidate its scientific, research and service identity, enhance its capabilities, develop its own resources, apply the highest local and international quality standards in the educational, research, service, administrative, technical and information fields, including providing advisory assistance to the units
