With a total area of 1,837,273.03 m2 and five kilometers south of the university headquarters, the area utilized is approximately 25% of the total area. The station is considered one of the most important basic facilities at the university, as it is the main field for training students on applied and practical lessons, conducting scientific research and experiments, and community service.

The objectives can be summarized through the optimal utilization of available resources as follows: -
- Providing full logistical support for scientific research (faculty members, graduate students) through sustainability by maintaining soil fertility, animal breeds, and field cultivation.
- Investment: By enhancing sources of income and commercializing products (agricultural, livestock) through self-employment or through a contractor.
- Contributing to community service by introducing plant and animal products and prevention methods through participation in festivals and events.
