This report documents the most prominent work and efforts of the Public Relations and Beneficiary Services Department in preparing and organizing the Eid al-Fitr greeting for the year 1447 AH. This included implementing the visual identity for the occasion, installing banners, preparing the event venue, setting up seating, flowers, and signage, as well as organizing guest reception and preparing the breakfast hospitality with all its requirements. This reflects the scope of work undertaken to highlight the occasion in a distinguished celebratory manner befitting Qassim University and its staff.
