This report documents the most prominent work and efforts of the Public Relations and Beneficiary Services Administration in preparing and organizing the visit of His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal bin Saad, the Deputy Governor of Al-Qassim Region, to Qassim University. This included carrying out reception, coordination, protocol, and hospitality tasks, and preparing the visit's itinerary, which encompassed the VIP lounge, the main lobby, the Kudu Lab, the Medical City, the agricultural products store, and the University Council. Additionally, a bus tour was arranged, along with preparations for the King Abdulaziz Center for Conferences, reflecting the university's readiness and professional organization of official events and visits.
