University offers training programs for its employees

The university has intensified its training programs offered by the Deanship of University Development at the beginning of each academic year for faculty members and affiliates, with the aim of developing their performance and upgrading the administrative performance of its units according to modern scientific and training methods, as well as supporting faculty members and raising their efficiency in the fields of teaching, scientific research and community service. This comes within the framework of the deanship's efforts to achieve leadership in developing university performance and excellence locally and internationally in human resources development and building a knowledge society.

Accordingly, the deanship offered a number of preparatory programs presented by a group of distinguished faculty members at the university, most notably: The training program for the preparation of new faculty members, which lasted for five days and was attended by 50 new faculty members, as well as lecturers, lecturers, teaching assistants, in addition to those old faculty members who wished to join the program.
