The university, represented by the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, held a series of training courses and virtual workshops during the month of March 2021, targeting faculty members of both sexes, with the aim of developing their skills and honing their expertise in many scientific and technical fields that help them master the use of modern technical solutions in the conduct of the educational process, as 1225 faculty members of both sexes benefited from the deanship's courses during this month in various colleges of the university.
The courses held during March included a course on designing and producing e-courses on the Black board learning management system, a course on producing and using digital photography and its applications via smart devices in e-courses, a training course on recording interactive lectures and publishing them through My Mediasite for e-learning supervisors, a course on designing infographics in e-learning, and a course on electronic tests on the Black board learning management system.
The March courses also included a course on preparing and correcting tests using the Zipgrade application on smart devices, a course on employing multimedia in developing digital educational content, a course on applying e-learning quality standards in designing e-courses, and a course on producing video tutorials using Camtasia
Studio.
