His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim Region, praised Qassim University during his speech during his patronage of the graduation ceremony of the eleventh batch of male and female students of the university yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, 7/7/1435 AH, in the university lobby at its headquarters: A word of truth for this university, which has become a prominent landmark in the land of this country with the magnitude of its facilities and the number of its affiliates and the wise policy by which it is managed by His Excellency the President and his esteemed colleagues from vice presidents, deans and faculty members who continue night and day in order to graduate batches of this nation's sons and daughters to be arms of development and building arms, God willing.

His Highness congratulated the graduates, pointing out that they are a group of sons and daughters of this homeland who will strive, God willing, to provide everything they can for its march, excellence and development among the countries of the world, stressing that the Saudi man has proven that he is able, God willing, to exist, innovate and provide all that is good.

The Emir of Qassim went on to say: I convey to you the leadership's constant concern for you sons, so you all have my congratulations, thanks, and prayers for success in the future.

The university wedding started with the royal salute and then the march of the graduates before the oratorical program began, which opened with verses from the Al-Quran, then His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Prof. Dr. Khaled bin Abdulrahman Al-Hamoudi, delivered a speech in which he said:

The great support received by Qassim University from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, has had a great impact on the successive successes achieved by the university, as it reached advanced levels in the world rankings and obtained academic accreditation by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, thus becoming the third university in the Kingdom, and the impact of this will be tangible on the university and its graduates in the near future, God willing.

The achievements of our male and female students continued at the level of the region and the country, as the university achieved the university championship in the soccer and table tennis competitions. The university won two gold feathers and a number of awards at the fifth scientific conference held in Riyadh under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him.

He added: At the regional level, our students achieved fifteen awards from the Qassim Youth Excellence Award, which is one of the pioneering initiatives of His Highness the Emir of Qassim to encourage and support creativity and excellence for the youth of the region.

This is in addition to the many achievements of male and female students in Quran memorization and recitation competitions, conferences and student competitions inside and outside the country.

His Excellency said: Today we celebrate the eleventh batch of graduates of Qassim University. The number of graduates of this batch reached (2576) graduates at the bachelor's level, including the first batch of students from the College of Architecture and Planning, the first batch of students from the College of Health Sciences in Al-Ris, the first batch of students from the College of Health and Health Informatics in Al-Bakiriya, the first batch of students from the Department of Mathematics at the College of Sciences and Arts in Aniza, the first batch of students from the Department of Mathematics at the College of Sciences and Arts in Madhanib and the first batch of students of the autism track in the Special Education Department at the College of Education, We are also proud to announce the graduation of (109) male and female postgraduate graduates, three of whom obtained a doctorate, thanks be to God.

The university will soon celebrate the graduation of 4914 female graduates in a special ceremony for them.

His Excellency addressed a message to the graduates, saying:

From this place, I congratulate you on this happy day, which is the culmination of the beautiful years you spent in the pursuit of knowledge. The university is proud of you as you are armed with knowledge to contribute to the advancement of this country, which gave you everything and participated with your efforts in all areas of development in it. Congratulations to you.

On this day, you have hopes that have been realized and aspirations that have been materialized, so raise your hands in thanks to God for this success, and do not forget that you have reached this stage under the care of a group of faculty members who strived to give themselves to science and were exemplary examples in education and training, and here you are today the fruit of those efforts and the result of those bids, so to them and me all thanks and appreciation.

It is also important not to forget that Qassim University has done everything it can for you, so keep your relationship with the university after graduation close and keep the friendly relationship between you and the university.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate the families of our graduates, and especially congratulate the parents on this achievement achieved by their children, may God make them the apple of your eye and guide them on the path of goodness.

On behalf of the graduates and the university staff, His Excellency expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Deputy Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, may Allah protect them all. For what they are doing for the progress and comfort of their sons and daughters, male and female students.

He also extended his thanks to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim Region, for his patronage of this ceremony and to His Royal Highness Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, his deputy, for their support to the university on all its occasions.

He extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Angari, for his continuous support for the university and its plans. He also thanked the staff of the Deanship of Admission and Registration for organizing this ceremony, headed by the Dean of Admission and Registration and his valued deputies.

After that, graduates Saleh Al-Suwaidani and Faris Al-Nuqaidan delivered the graduates' speech, in which they expressed their happiness at this wedding, which is the fruit of years of effort, appreciating His Highness the Emir of Qassim for his generous patronage and appreciating the university for its active role in creating the appropriate atmosphere for seeking knowledge and congratulating their parents on this graduation, which is the harvest of their effort and support.

At the end of the ceremony, HH The Amir honored the students who won the first honors among the bachelor's and master's degree holders, wishing them success in their scientific and practical futures.

His Highness then took commemorative photos with the graduates in a joyful atmosphere that was the finale of the university's annual wedding.
