Course Description: The course includes an introduction to the principles of jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh), its origins, schools of thought, and its relationship with other sciences. It also covers issues related to Usul al-Fiqh terminology and its branches, jurisprudential disagreements and related matters, and major theological issues influencing Usul al-Fiqh. .

Objectives of the course :

Introduce the student to the most important issues of Usul al-Fiqh and the related causes that influence its formation, and enable the student to master the skills of connection, analysis, and knowing the influencer and the influenced.

Knowledge and understanding:
The student knows the major premises of the science of Usul al-Fiqh. .
2- The student will become familiar with the research methodology for major issues in Usul al-Fiqh.
