2. The student should understand the concept of the science of comparative religion and the factors of its emergence in contemporary Western studies, as well as the Islamic influences on its emergence.

1- The student will analyze the Biblical criticism movement in the West: its origins, causes, and consequences, and the Islamic influence on it.
2. The student will make a general comparison between religions on contemporary topics.
3. For the student to criticize deviations in religions on some creedal issues. .
4. The student will extract the similarities and differences between religions from their original sources.
