This service enables the student to apply for an alternative test request while providing reasons and justifications for it.

This service enables the student to apply for an alternative test request while providing reasons and justifications for it.
  • The student logs in to the personal page
  • Access the Orders tab.
  • Access the alternative test request service.
  • Access "Alternative Test Request"
  • The student is shown which courses are available to apply for an alternate test.
  • The student selects the desired course by clicking on the Submit either course button
  • The student must write the reason for the request in no more than 300 characters.
  • The student must upload the justification and attachments for the request and then click on the Next button.
  • A successful operation message appears when the service is entered correctly
