Qassim University has given e-participation its highest priority, as it allows the beneficiary to express freedom of expression, put forward proposals, and share opinions on topics that fall under the university's missions, as well as ensure the privacy of the beneficiary's information.
The university works to follow up and review all posts before publishing them, in compliance with the relevant official laws, in addition to raising the university's level of dialog, taking into account the complete freedom of participation and giving everyone the opportunity to communicate their voices to officials.
The University has the full right to publish or delete what it deems contrary to its policy, or the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in interaction and participation with the official websites, without any obligation to do so, and the University - or through its employees or representatives - is not legally responsible for the consequences of posting comments or remarks through its electronic means.
2. Purpose
In order to be part of the decision-making process, Qassim University, believing in the importance of beneficiary participation and listening to his opinions and ideas that serve all projects and initiatives adopted by the university, present and future, allows visitors to its website and all social media to submit their best suggestions, information and serious opinions aimed at increasing the efficiency of work.

4. Present the post in clear language.
5. Refrain from misusing the university's systems in a way that negatively affects its performance, responsiveness, or continuity.
6. Absolutely refrain from writing any offensive or immoral statements.
3. Objectives of e-participation:
- Promote the concept of transparency about the information of interest to the beneficiary through surveys, blogs, polls, and publishing the results of all these channels.
- Providing a number of e-participation channels and facilitating their utilization by providing direct links to them and a comprehensive description of each of them.
- Strengthening the role of the beneficiary for more interaction and participation in decision-making and in improving and raising the quality of government services.
4. Stages of e-participation in decision-making:
The first stage is bringing up the topic:
The university publishes the topics it submits to its target audience or to the general public, and applies for e-participation in decision-making via:

- Media.
The second stage is the collection of electronic submissions:
- When you bring up a topic, you can share your opinion in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
- After the deadline, the university will close the submissions for this topic.
The third stage, analyzing the posts:
