- Qassim University disclaims its legal responsibility for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may result from the use of any of its digital channels, including but not limited to Website, email, call center, instant messaging, live chat, or the university's social media accounts.

- The Qassim University platform and its sub-sites may include links to external websites or platforms that may use different data protection and privacy policies and procedures than the standards adopted by the University. Accordingly, the University assumes no responsibility for the content of those sites or their data protection and privacy practices. Qassim University provides its electronic platform and its contents on an as-is and as-available basis, including its services, information and materials, without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from interruptions, errors or malware. The University shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses that may result from the use of these channels or reliance on their contents or linked sites, with or without the knowledge of the University. Any communication or data sent through this platform is not the property of the user, and the university does not guarantee its confidentiality, and it may be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations and instructions. Any waiver by the University to exercise any of the rights contained in this policy in a particular situation is considered a limited waiver and shall not be construed as a permanent waiver or extend to other situations.

Compensation

You agree not to take any legal or administrative action against Qassim University or any of its departments, and you agree to indemnify and hold it harmless from any liability, including any entity or employee who manages, maintains, updates or provides the Qassim University platform. This indemnification includes all obligations, liabilities or claims that may arise as a result of any breach by you of the terms and conditions of use, or any violation of applicable laws and regulations, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in the country in which you reside.
