Cooperation between universities and scientific research centers contributes effectively to the development of educational programs, establishing the concept of knowledge economy, helping to achieve standards of excellence and quality, strengthening academic ties between universities, exchanging experiences with successful experiences, and presenting joint research initiatives and projects. Therefore, the university was keen to have a department specialized in activating scientific and research cooperation between the university and distinguished scientific and research bodies locally and internationally in the field of research and education.
