Instructions for the twenty-third graduation ceremony
Our sons and daughters, graduates and graduates. We congratulate you on your graduation, and in order to ensure that the ceremony goes smoothly, please adhere to the following instructions:
Graduate Student Attendance Guidelines
- The ceremony is dedicated to students who graduated in the first semester of 1447 AH (471) and are expected to graduate in the second semester of 1447 AH (472), in addition to the graduates of the last summer semester (465).
- The graduation ceremony for all university graduates will be held in the lobby of the main building in the University City on Tuesday, Sha'ban 22, 1447 A.H. (February 10, 2026 A.D.) at 10:30 a.m.
- Each graduate has 3 electronic invitations (one for the graduate, one for the parents or their representative).
- Guests start arriving at 8:00 am and gates close at 10:00 am.
Graduation march instructions for students
- Gathering place: In the foyer of the College of Shari'ah.
- Attendance time: From 8:00 a.m.
- Rehearsal: It will take place at 9:00 am on the day of the ceremony (Students will not be allowed to enter the rally venue after the rehearsal.)
- Required uniform: Robe, shemagh or ghutra, and the graduate's official scarf.
- Adhere to the march and do not deviate from the designated path.

Graduate and honors preparation will close at nine o'clock, God willing.

Graduate Student Attendance Guidelines
- The ceremony is for students who graduated in the summer semester of 1446 AH (465), the first semester of 1447 AH (471), and those expected to graduate in the second semester of 1447 AH (472).
- The graduation ceremony for all university graduates will be held in the lobby of the main building in the University City on Wednesday through Friday: 23-25 Sha'ban 1447 A.H. (February 11-13, 2026 A.D.) at 5:30 p.m., Allah willing.
- You can get two e-invitations (one for you and one for your mother or her representative), noting that the invitation barcode can only be used once, and the university card or national ID is required upon entry.
- Attendance begins at 4:00 pm and gates will close at 5:30 pm.

Instructions for the graduation march for female students
- The gathering place for the march is in the lobby of the College of Shari'ah and Graduate Studies in Hall (A).
- Check-in begins at 4:00 pm.
- A rehearsal for the march will be held at 5:00 pm on the day of the ceremony, and students who fail to attend will be excused from participating in the march.
- Adherence to the dress code and the rules of behavior and student discipline at Qassim University, and those who violate them will be prevented from joining the march.
- Commitment to wear the official gown of the university graduate, and bring the diploma and baja for first honors, and the baja for second honors.
- Wear comfortable shoes for the length of the walk, noting the need to descend the lobby stairs for part of the walk.

A very important reminder: The use of cameras or filming is not allowed, and attempting to film and violate the privacy of others will lose you the joy of graduation, and the devices used for this will be confiscated, and the photographer will be subject to legal punishment.
(The penalty stipulated by law is up to one year in prison or a fine of 500,000 riyals, or both)
