An Overview
The Deanship of Admission and Registration is one of the supporting deanships at Qassim University, which is guided by its vision, supports its mission, achieves its goals, and adopts its values. It is also the center of communication between the student and the university. It starts with the student when he is admitted to the university, and continues with him by following up with him academically and overcoming all the challenges he faces until he graduates from the university to contribute to building the country with the knowledge and skills he has acquired during his university career.

Mission
To facilitate the student's admission and registration procedures at Qassim University, using advanced technology, with full commitment to the accuracy and privacy of the student's academic information. We are also keen to increase the student's awareness of his/her academic status.
Objectives
1- Organizing and facilitating the academic and administrative processes related to students, from admission to graduation.
2- Achieving justice and transparency in admission and registration procedures.
3- Raising the quality and efficiency of the services provided to the university staff and the community.
4- Supporting full digital transformation in all academic and administrative processes.
5- Enhancing integration and coordination between the deanship, colleges, and related departments.
6- Full compliance with university rules and regulations and relevant official bodies. (Commitment to official bodies is not clear)
7- Contributing to improving the student's university experience and supporting their academic success.
8- Contributing to the realization of the university's strategic goals in academic and administrative excellence.
