His Excellency the President of Al-Qassim University, Professor Dr. Muhammad bin Fahd Al-Sharkh, inaugurated today, Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the \u00abBeneficiary Experience Exhibition\u00bb, which is organized by the Department of Public Relations and Services for Beneficiaries over two days, in the main lobby of the university campus, in the presence of the university's deputy directors.
His Excellency the President of the University praised the efforts of the university\u2019s departments in developing its services and enhancing the user experience, stressing the university\u2019s commitment to improving the quality of services and facilitating their access, enhancing the integration between its departments, and employing digital solutions to meet the needs of the beneficiaries.<\/p>
The exhibition aims to introduce university services and channels in one place, establish a \u00abuser first\u00bb culture among university staff, and promote integration between the parties in providing services, in addition to highlighting the university\u2019s efforts in digital transformation and improving the user experience.<\/p>
The exhibition is attended by 14 entities from the university within four tracks: the student journey, supporting services, the community and knowledge, and health and care, in addition to a corner for public relations management and service to beneficiaries that showcases its most prominent works and services.<\/p>
The Director of the Public Relations and Beneficiary Services Department, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Gathaya, explained that the department has provided more than 1.4 million services since 2023 until now, through 10 channels available around the clock and seven days a week, stressing the department's keenness to facilitate access to services and to take into account the comments of beneficiaries in developing them and improving their efficiency.<\/p>
He added that the exhibition provides direct communication between beneficiaries and service providers, and allows them to learn about their needs and suggestions, which contributes to the development of procedures and the provision of more transparent and easier services.<\/p>
His Excellency the President of the University also honored the participating entities in the exhibition, and the entities that excelled in responding and providing quick responses through their coordinators.<\/p><\/p>
