Qassim University concluded the activities of its ninth summer club yesterday, Monday, August 17, 2026, which was held at the Olympic Complex in the university city over a period of five weeks. A total of 49,050 male and female participants benefited from its programs and activities through 521 programs and events across 11 qualitative tracks, targeting male and female students from various educational stages. This contributed to investing the summer vacation, developing skills, enhancing national identity, and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The number of beneficiaries from virtual programs reached 47,692, while the number of beneficiaries from in-person programs reached 1,358. The programs and activities offered varied to meet the interests and needs of participants, combining educational, skill-based, cultural, sports, and recreational aspects.<\/p>
The club's activities aimed to enhance national belonging, support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program, instill values, and contribute positively to society. In addition, they sought to develop essential and future skills, enhance knowledge, foster a spirit of innovation, and encourage participants to develop creative ideas and projects.<\/p>
The club also sought to achieve a balance between education and entertainment, invest students' time during the summer vacation, encourage physical and sports activity, and promote public health through qualitative programs designed to provide an educational and interactive environment that contributes to developing participants' abilities and refining their skills.<\/p>
It is mentioned that the ninth summer club included 11 tracks, which are: the national and intellectual security track, the skill track, the entrepreneurial and innovative track, the educational track, the sports track, the entertainment track, the technical track, the social and community track, the competitive track, the cultural and linguistic track, and the artistic and creative track.<\/p><\/p>
