A total of 2,457 male and female trainees benefited from these programs. The programs and courses covered various fields such as cultural, scientific, familial, social, health, technical, media, and administrative, and were delivered during the first and second semesters, as well as the summer semester.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship implemented a long-term course for school principals in collaboration with the College of Education for two full semesters, benefiting 59 trainees. It also offered a six-month course for facility security personnel, benefiting 23 trainees.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">While the Deanship has offered a number of diverse short courses and programs throughout the year, the first \u201cFamily Training Nights\u201d program was presented to 309 male and female beneficiaries. It included four courses on the art of family management and non-violent parenting, which provide practical ideas for distinguished parenting and the four pillars of protection, how to protect children from harassment, and another entitled \"My Family and Technology,\" which offers practical ideas for employing technology within the family.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship launched the \u201dSpring Training Evenings\u201d program for 130 male and female beneficiaries, during which two courses were presented: \u201cMy Self-Confidence Changed My Life\u201d and \u201dNine-Tenths: Your Investment from Idea to Project.\u201d.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship also launched courses for anti-narcotics personnel in the art of public speaking and the art of dealing with the public, benefiting 40 trainees.,<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship also presented 8 diverse training courses during the Youth Forum in Buraydah, in cooperation with the Buraydah East Communities Office. The courses were titled: \u201cTake the Initiative and Take Responsibility,\u201d \"Ambition and Self-Confidence,\" \"Yourself as a Brand,\" \"Time Management,\" \"Step into Awareness Creation,\" \"How to Start Your Business Project,\" and \"How to Serve Your Country.\" A total of 303 trainees benefited from these courses.,<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Programs and training courses continued in the second semester. The Deanship began its training programs with the \u201dLeadership Excellence in Community Service\u201d program, which benefited 74 trainees. It also launched the second \u201cFamily Training Nights\u201d program, which included four courses on social intelligence, a course on \"Be the Change,\" and skills for dealing with adolescents, in addition to offering a course on the secrets of resolving family disputes. The number of beneficiaries reached 545, both male and female.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship also implemented the \u201cGirls\u201d Training Nights\u201c program for 150 girls, presented through three different sessions: \u201dMistakes in Dealing with Men,\" another titled \"In the Best Form,\" and the art of self-communication. .<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship also offered a course titled \u201cYour Health Through Walking\u201d for 58 trainees, and a course at the Arab Deaf Week Forum on \u201cHearing Impairment\u201d which benefited 30 trainees.,<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship implemented the Community and Charitable Institutions Nights program, through which it presented two courses: one on employing modern technologies in administration and media, and the other on planning and designing qualitative programs, benefiting 195 male and female trainees.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Also, the \u201cConsultant Nights\u201d program for 63 male and female beneficiaries, which consists of two courses on how to \u201cbe a family consultant\u201d as well as the steps for providing family consultation.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship also granted two courses to civil defense personnel on communication skills, presented in two parts for 52 beneficiaries.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Deanship concluded its activities in the summer semester by offering 3 courses during the Buraidah Marketing and Entertainment Festival titled \u201cHow to Travel at the Lowest Prices,\u201d and also offered a course in<b><br>\n<\/b>\u201cPhotography Basics\u201d<b><br>\n<\/b>and a financial intelligence course for 229 male and female beneficiaries. .<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">For his part, Dean of Community Service, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Turki, affirmed that, based on the vision and mission of the Deanship of Community Service at Qassim University towards serving all segments of society, it has been keen to provide various development and training programs according to a prior classification of local community segments. This is with the aim of meeting the community's needs and participating in its various activities. He pointed out that the courses were classified into three types: the first type consists of short courses lasting from one day to ten days, the second type consists of medium courses lasting from two weeks to four weeks, and the third type consists of long courses lasting from one month to six months.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Dr. Al-Turki affirmed that the courses are receiving increasing interest from all age groups, both men and women. He added that there are courses we were keen to repeat due to the great interest and demand from beneficiaries, such as the Family Training Nights program, which was repeated twice during the past year, as well as Community and Charitable Institutions Nights. This is in addition to the diverse and enriching courses that were implemented in various activities and festivals, most notably the first participation in the Buraydah Spring Festival in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Qassim Region, as well as the first participation in the Buraydah Marketing and Entertainment Festival in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Qassim Region.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Turkish doctor explained that the number of program providers reached 34 trainers in the previous year, who are distinguished academic and administrative competencies. He emphasized that they are seeking, during the new year, to offer training programs and courses that serve all age groups and are beneficial to the entire community.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Vice Dean for Quality and Development, Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Nusyan, indicated that the training focuses on providing trainees with life skills and information in various fields that help them manage their affairs independently, interact positively with others, and encourage self-reliance.
