Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Qassim University and Asra Association\u201c

The university, represented by His Excellency the Rector, Professor Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al-Homaidy, signed a memorandum of cooperation and partnership with the \u201cUsra\u201d Association for Family and Development in Buraydah, represented by His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Al-Muhaisen, Chairman of the Association's Board of Directors. This was attended by the university's vice-rectors and a number of the association's staff.<\/p>
The two parties hope this will be a gateway for cooperation on many programs and projects that both sides are looking forward to serving the community, which is part of the university's mission. The partnership, prepared by the university's Institute of Studies and Consulting Services, also aims to leverage the services and specializations of both parties in the areas of family and community service, whether in training, research, or human resources.<\/p>
\n<\/p>
On his part, His Excellency the University President welcomed the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Asra Family Association, praising the distinction of the association's mission and the services it provides to the community. He emphasized that Qassim University looks forward to this partnership being a distinguished addition to the journey of work and providing what serves the community. On his part, His Excellency Sheikh Al-Muheisen appreciated the efforts made to build bridges of partnership between the association and Qassim University. .<\/p>
His Excellency the University President visited the Family Skills Center for Training and Rehabilitation, affiliated with the association, which focuses on qualifying members of society in general for family life, and specifically for marital life.<\/p>
\nHis Excellency also met with a group of counselors in the family and psychological fields at the Esaad Center for Family Counseling, affiliated with the association, which provides free counseling services offered by qualified professionals in cooperation with Qassim University.<\/p>
He also visited the Family Reform Unit, which carries out reform processes between disputing parties and resolves family issues referred to the association, whether directly from the community or from government entities, to be resolved according to a program characterized by flexibility and sustainability in reconciliation processes between disputing parties.<\/p>
He also viewed the association's permanent exhibition, the Family Education Center, the Facilitation Unit, and the Newlyweds Division, in addition to visiting the training halls and reviewing the association's Future Leaders Academy.<\/p>
