Yoest, on Thursday morning, 4\/30\/1436 AH, corresponding to 2\/19\/2015 AD, at the university's headquarters in East Lansing.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The contract between the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at the University and its counterpart, the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Michigan State University, includes many aspects of consultation and development for academic programs, units, curricula, and human resources at the college. This is in addition to the aspect related to academic accreditation through reviews of all the college's diverse programs and units, and periodic reports.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The signing ceremony was attended by a delegation from Qassim University, represented by the General Supervisor of the International Cooperation Administration, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Muhanna Abalkhail, the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Khalid bin Bani Al-Harbi, and the Vice Dean for Quality and Development, Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Suhaim, in addition to a number of staff members from Michigan State University's College of Agriculture.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\" align=\"center\">&nbsp;Dr. Luana Simon: Universities are united by optimal values, and we are pleased with ambitious partners who make a difference.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\" align=\"center\">The University's Vice President, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Omer, and the university delegation met with the President of Michigan State University, Professor Luana Simon, prior to the signing ceremony.
